8win Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the 8win platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 8win platform, you hereby agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 8win as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments shall be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The 8win platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and accept full responsibility for any inaccurate declarations regarding your eligibility.
Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 8win platform. Registering more than one account — whether under a different name, phone number, email address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of balances without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. 8win will never request your password via email or any other communication channel. You are accountable for all activity that occurs through your account, including instances where it is accessed by a third party as a result of your own negligence.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. False or incomplete information may result in account suspension and withheld withdrawals until verification is completed. 8win reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
Users agree to use the 8win platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and must not use it for any illegal activity, fraud, or misconduct. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Colluding with other users to exploit system vulnerabilities or manipulate game outcomes.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
- Making any transaction using an unauthorised payment method or one that does not personally belong to you.
- Using another person's identity or false information to open or access an account.
8win reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including reporting unlawful activity to the relevant authorities in Malaysia.
Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions on the 8win platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made using a valid payment method registered in their own name. Accepted payment methods include FPX via Malaysian local banks and TNG e-Wallet.
8win reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security review and compliance purposes. The review period depends on the transaction amount and the user's account verification status. Users who have not completed the identity verification process may experience delays in withdrawal processing.
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or reverse a completed transaction without valid justification will be treated as fraud and may result in account closure and legal action. 8win is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect information provided by the user during a transaction.
Balances in accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee. Users will be notified via their registered email before any balance deduction is applied.
Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Liability Limits
8win makes no guarantee that the platform will always be available, free from errors, or unaffected by technical disruptions. In the event of a service outage, 8win is not liable for any financial losses or missed opportunities incurred by users. 8win's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the active balance in that user's account at the time of the incident.
8win is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, even if 8win has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 8win platform — including designs, graphics, text, logos, software code, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of 8win or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or repurpose any part of the platform's content for commercial purposes without express written consent from 8win.
Terms Amendments, Account Policies and Governing Law
Terms Amendments
8win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms and Conditions will always be available on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments shall be deemed acceptance of the modified terms.
Account Suspension and Closure
8win reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity. In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, 8win is under no obligation to refund any balance remaining in that account.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the use of the 8win platform shall be resolved through negotiation and, where necessary, through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
